Donna has worked for BHC Ltd since incorporation. Donna is a very valued member of the team and is always eager to assist with any queries or questions that arise. She is a very thorough and very capable Finance Manager.

Donna has worked within the social housing sector for many years, but also has a wealth of experience in other industries.

Lindsay joined Bailey’s Heating Company in July 2022 and since then she has successfully run the dynamic Customer Service team.

With her 15 years’ experience in the housing & council industry as well as experience in running exceptionally busy teams, she offers so much more than professionalism.

She brings human touch, fairness and market expertise to the Bailey’s family.

Lindsay is extremely valued by both Directors and her Team Members.

Outside of the office, she treasures spending time with her family and two cats.

Matt has worked in the social housing sector since the start of his apprenticeship. He is a very knowledgeable and capable Engineer and Manager.
