Donna has worked within the social housing sector for many years, but also has a wealth of experience in other industries.

Sasha joined Bailey’s Heating Company in the summer 2023.

With her experience in helping clients, hard working nature and ‘can-do’ attitude, she helps the busy Customer Service team be the best at what they do.

In her free time, she likes surfing the web and finding some brilliant buys.

Lindsay Cooper

Lindsay joined Bailey’s Heating Company in July 2022 and since then she has successfully run the dynamic Customer Service team.

With her 15 years’ experience in the housing & council industry as well as experience in running exceptionally busy teams, she offers so much more than professionalism.

She brings human touch, fairness and market expertise to the Bailey’s family.

Lindsay is extremely valued by both Directors and her Team Members.

Outside of the office, she treasures spending time with her family and two cats.

Chris Bailey

Chris started Bailey’s Heating Company (BHC) as a sole trader in 2010. BHC became a limited company in 2015 when awarded the Stonewater Housing Association gas maintenance contract for the East Region.

Chris has both worked for and along-side various Housing Associations for 30 years and is himself a highly experienced and trained heating engineer.

Matt has worked in the social housing sector since the start of his apprenticeship. He is a very knowledgeable and capable Engineer and Manager.

Matt has worked for BHC Ltd since our incorporation in June 2015 and has proved to be a valuable addition to the team.

Marnie has been a dedicated Scheduling Assistant at Bailey’s Heating Company since January 2023.


Having a perfect set of skills for the role and positive attitude, makes her a great team member.


She is a valuable member that BHC is proud to have.


Outside of work Marnie enjoys going to the gym and spending time with her little brother.

Ann-Marie became a Director of BHC Ltd in 2015 (from incorporation). She is a qualified accountant with many years industry experience.

Ann-Marie brings a wealth of commercial knowledge to the team.
