We've been around a while, so we know that you'll have some questions. Here are the answers to the ones we hear a lot.

We are a friendly, local company who pays attention to the finer details. We offer excellent customer service. For boiler installations and where possible, you will speak to the same office team member throughout your install journey.

All our engineers are fully employed by us, highly qualified, DBS checked and Gas Safe registered.

Our prices are competitive and fair; any unexpected or additional costs must be pre-approved by you before the work is carried out.

Additionally, in partnership with the Forest of Marston Vale, we pledge to plant a tree for every new boiler we install.

Remember, to maintain the warranty of your boiler, it must be serviced on an annual basis by a Gas Safe registered engineer.

Here at Bailey's Heating, we take our impact on the environment very seriously. We actively encourage all of our staff and suppliers to reduce, reuse and recycle whenever possible. In addition we:

  • plant a tree for every boiler we install
  • have fully electric vehicles within our fleet

Boiler Installation FAQs

There are three ways:

  1. Give our friendly office team a call on 01525 888242. They will arrange for a senior engineer to visit your property to carry out a full survey.
  2. Email our office to arrange for a senior engineer to visit your property to carry out a full survey: office@bhclimited.co.uk
  3. Complete the form on our website. One of our office team members will then contact you to arrange for us to visit your property to discuss your needs.

You can either:

  • Pay in full. You will be sent an invoice via email on completion of your boiler installation
  • Pay using one of the finance options.

Yes. Regardless of how you pay for your boiler installation (i.e. in full or via finance), we will email you an invoice once the installation has been completed

No. No deposit is required.

Yes you can. You will need to contact our finance provider, Improveasy. They will provide you with a settlement figure.

Yes, as per our terms and conditions , you have a 14-day cooling off period. All cancellation requests must be made using the Cancellation Form that was supplied when your Contract was issued. Please complete the cancellation form and either:

Yes. Please ensure that the area around the boiler is clear and that the engineer has access to all of your radiators and airing cupboard (if applicable). If your existing boiler is in a cupboard, the cupboard must be removed prior to our engineer's arrival.

If you are on a prepayment meter, please ensure that you have sufficient credit on both the gas and electricity before our engineer arrives.

Yes. All of our engineers have plenty of clean dustsheets to ensure that your home is protected.

Yes. We always carry out a chemical flush on all new boiler installations. We also add inhibitor to your system to help protect it against corrosion.

Yes. We will remove all rubbish, including your old boiler. We aim to recycle as much of the waste as possible.

However, if anything contains asbestos, this will not be removed by us. We recommend that this removal is carried out by asbestos specialists.

We will register your new boiler with both the manufacturer (for warranty purposes) and with Gas Safe.

To keep your warranty valid, your new boiler must be serviced on an annual basis by a Gas Safe registered engineer.

Although the warranty for your new boiler is held with the manufacturer, please contact us in the first instance. We will do all that we can to try to get your new boiler up and running again.

We will send out one of our Gas Managers to look into the issue. If they discover that this is indeed a warranty issue, our office team will contact the manufacturer on your behalf.
